The Friends of the Hull Public Library is an organization whose mission is to augment traditional library services with programs such as museum passes, author talks and children’s events and to purchase library equipment that may not be possible through the Town budget process.
We are also pleased to provide the Helen M. Weiser Scholarship to a graduating senior to help purchase books in support of his/her college or university education.
Also, for the entertainment and enjoyment of the community, the FHPL co-hosts with the Hull Lifesaving Museum, the Department of Conservation and Recreation and the Nantasket Beach Resort Hotel, the monthly lectures at the Hotel where authors, journalists and presenters speak on a wide variety of historical and general interest topics.
The FHPL is funded through membership dues, fundraising events during the year and the generous donations of people who love our library!
We invite you to join us in our mission to preserve and enhance the programs and services of YOUR library.
